The Preconference is included in the cost of registration but RSVP is required. If you have not chosen this under the "Optional" section of the registration form, please go back and add it.

Please also indicate in the area where it is requested if you will be attending the banquet on Saturday night. This is also included in the cost of the conference but since it is a sit down, plated dinner, an accurate count is appreciated. There is also an option so you can choose your entree for the banquet.
