How to Request a Book
FALI members in good standing may borrow one book at a time. The request must be made in writing by completing the request form, which can be found HERE.

If the book is available you will be sent the "Shipping Cost & Book Replacement Authorization" form to complete and return. You will then be shipped the book, at your expense, and allowed to keep it for 30 days. If needed, you may request a 30 day extension which may be granted if there are no other requests.
