The FALI Board of Directors recently notified Active members of their intentions to update the Bylaws to reflect procedures for both the Annual Elections, and the Ethics Committee. As required by the FALI Constitution, the Board of Directors issued a ten (10) day written notice of eachproposed amendment prior to voting.
