Good Morning
We are proud to announce on April 29th the DOL’s bill which contained the request by the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI) to Florida Statute 493. whereby amending it to add two additional calibers for Class “G” Licenses was read in the House Chambers for the third time after a unanimous favorable vote. The bill at this time was “ordered enrolled” and will be sent to the Governors office for a signature. We expect the bill to be signed and it will become law July 1st. 2014.
As FALI President I wish to thank Burt Hodge for all of his work and commitment to our members. We understand that our membership should not judge FALI by our intentions, but instead by our actual achievements. Link to: FALI Legislative Page
