GARRET MACHINE
Former member of the Elite Israeli Defense Forces.
Topic: Surveillance, Counter surveillance and VIP Protection. Garret Machine served as a soldier in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) in a Direct Action, CounterTerrorism unit. In the capacity he served as a medic and firearms tactics instructor for his army unit. This unit specialized in urban warfare, hostage rescue, targeted assassinations and kidnapping of militants throughout the West Bank, Gaza strip and boarder nations.
Garret has a Masters degree in homeland security and counter terrorism from the Interdisciplinary Center in Hertzlia Israel. Following his military service he worked in Dignitary Protection for the Israeli Ministry of Defense. He later joined the ranks of The Israeli National Police Force where he served in intelligence until 2010. After completing his service to Israel he moved to the United States where he now provides security consultation.
He is the Chief editor of The Counter Terrorist magazine and a licensed Investigations/Security agency manager. He is also a Federal Boarding Officer with TACLET South (DHS), based out of Miami Florida.

About the location:
The
Marriott Courtyard has a lovely Bistro in the lobby, set up much like a
Panera Bread Shop. They sell starters, soups, salads, sandwiches
burgers and more! AND have a BAR with a HAPPY HOUR from 5:00PM –
7:00PM. You order at the counter then take your food to the seating
selection of your choice. We’ll all try and stay in one section, for
the purpose of networking. We are VERY LUCKY to have this place!!!.
They are giving us a conference room for free in exchange for the
business we bring to the Bistro. Although the meeting is free, you will
be responsible for your own food and drinks. Please, let’s show our
appreciation and ALL plan to come and eat & drink before this very
informative meeting!
