So bring your questions and notepad as this will be a discussion topic you won’t want to miss!
About the Speaker: Rick Kolodgy retired from the Miami- Dade Police
Department at the rank of Sergeant in 2005, after 31 years of service.
During his tenure with the Miami-Dade Police Department, Rick worked in a
variety of investigative positions including, Homicide, General
Investigations, Internal Affairs and while assigned to the various
investigative units, Rick spent thousands of hours conducting
surveillances and investigating major crimes. In addition to his
experience conducting numerous types of investigations, Rick was
responsible for training and supervising other investigators. While
working for the Miami-Dade Police Department, Rick received training
from the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, dealing with the
installation and use of GPS technology. Since retiring in 2005, Rick
started Capital City Investigations, a full service private
investigative agency, headquartered in Tallahassee. Since opening the
agency, Rick has spent several hundred hours utilizing GPS technology in
a variety of case scenarios. Rick also has extensive experience
lobbying the Florida Legislature and the United States Congress, having
held numerous posts in local, statewide and national police
organizations.
Special Request: For the last week, I have been attempting to make arrangements with the State Attorney’s Office in Jacksonville to have a representative attend the meeting to discuss and answer questions regarding the new law from their prospective. If there is anyone that can assist with facilitating their attendance, please contact me.

first-hand knowledge, the Mandarin Food Bank is severely understocked
with non-perishable food items for this time of year. They desperately
need help.

the Mandarin Community. They are a ministry run entirely by volunteers.
Thanksgiving and Christmas are the two hardest hit holidays for people needing food. Mandarin Food Bank is always there to help the community. This would not be possible without donors and
