About FALI Area 12
FALI Northeast Florida Area meetings provide a great opportunity for investigators to network, hear relevant speakers and the opportunity to learn something new. Meetings will be held the second Monday of every month alternating locations between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Please remember that FALI meetings are open to everyone, including spouses and guests (Members or Non-Members).
Topic:
Sergeant Tarbert and Corporal Mickler with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office will discuss several different issues concerning where private investigators, while on surveillance, could be breaking the law and how to avoid certain pitfalls. Some of the items that will be discussed will be whether or not to call your position in to dispatch, trespassing, gated communities, easements on public roads, civil liabilities, and assisting with investigations just to name a few. So bring your questions and/or scenarios as this will be your chance to ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask law enforcement!
Visit www.FALI.org to learn more about FALI, membership benefits and how to become a member.
Please RSVP to Kimberly@crosspi.com to ensure an accurate head count is provided to the restaurant. Plan to arrive and place your dinner order no later than 6:00 PM.
The cost of dinner and tip is the sole responsibility of the attendee.
