Networking Lunch Meeting

Investigator James Moffitt of the Tampa Regional Office, Division of Licensing,   Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs.

Topic:   

Investigator Moffitt will be discussing Florida Statute Chapter 493, Division of Licensing, Rules, Regulations and Laws as relating to Investigative Agencies, Investigators and Investigator Interns along with information that will assist in compliance.

Some of the other items to be discussed that effect our industry involve federal and state legislative matters that are currently under discussion by legislative bodies.

For those attending there will be other investigators and agencies on hand as early as 11:30 AM for early networking. Credit for CEU’s for the Florida Certified Investigators (FCI) will be issued for this meeting. Darel Dougherty FCI and Roy Pierce FCI, CLI, will be available at the meeting to discuss how to become a Florida Certified Investigator (FCI) and the program. There will also be an early sidebar meeting among those of you that are JAC court appointed investigators in attendance.     

We have in attendance as private investigators former and retired investigative reporters, law firm in-house investigators, attorney, insurance and adjuster field, medical field, Certified Public Accountants, Computer Forensics, Polygraph, military, federal agents, state and local law enforcement, and all aspects of the business world.
