"Computer and Cell Phone Forensics" ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
VICTOR JOHNSON has been the President of Biscayne Professional Associates, Inc., a digital forensics firm located in South Florida, since 2000. Formerly a Special Agent with the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command, a Senior Investigator with the Florida Attorney General's Office, and Special Agent Supervisor with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, he now devotes his time to his digital forensics practice. While with the Department of Law Enforcement, he participated in the formulation of policies and procedures governing digital forensics and was one of six Senior Practitioners in the State, who were sanctioned to conduct digital examinations outside of the established State Laboratories, and to train and mentor new digital forensics examiners for promotion in status. Mr. Johnson has served as an Expert Witness in State and Federal courts, both civil and criminal, and in Arbitration Hearings. He has authored commercial forensic software, consulted on forensics software, conducted forensic training and lectured both in the United States and in Russia.
