Meetings will be held the second Monday of every month alternating locations between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. The Art and Science of Skiptracing: This fast-paced presentation combines three different classes into a one-hour demonstration that benefits everybody from the beginner to the expert skiptracer. Skiptracing superstars recognize the importance of considering everything from algorithms and instincts to databases and primary sources when it comes to locating your subjects. This presentation will guide you through some of the basic skip tracing techniques while also showing you how to understand the mathematical science behind the results. GLBA, DPPA, and FCRA compliance for databases will also be discussed. About the Speaker: Rebecca Roberts is the National Sales and Marketing Director at IRBsearch—an online database provider for locating people, businesses, and assets. She gives presentations throughout the country on Skiptracing Techniques, Database Security, and State and Federal Laws for Skiptracers. Her background includes over twenty years in broadcast media as both a reporter and network producer. She was also Assistant Public Affairs Director for statewide legislative issues in Florida. Both her undergraduate and graduate degrees are from Florida State University. She has been with IRBsearch since 2006.
