Mary Ann Etzler Mary Ann Etzler is a partner at the law firm of Miller Etzler, P.L. Since July 2001, she has been a plaintiff and defense litigator with a focus on commercial, general business, real estate, construction, and environmental law, as well as related collection, contract and insurance disputes. Prior to her law career, Ms. Etzler served for fifteen years with the St. Petersburg Police Department, including as a detective and investigating accidents. Before entering private practice, Ms. Etzler served for nearly five years as an assistant state attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit (Orange/Osceola Counties, Florida).
