McIntyre, CFE Following a career in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, Bill McIntyre joined the Hong Kong office of Kroll Associates serving as a Senior Director responsible for managing a variety of investigations including fraud, product counterfeiting, due diligence, risk mitigation and litigation support. Emigrating to the USA in 1998, Bill continued working in the investigation field and has spent the majority of the last fifteen years undertaking real estate inquiries, notably mortgage fraud and title insurance claims. Bill's company, Rannoch Consulting & Research LLC, is named after Rannoch Moor, Perthshire, an area in the Highlands of Scotland near to his place of birth. The event is sponsored by the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI) as part of our continuing efforts to provide our membership with quality educational and networking opportunities. FALI meetings held in the Orlando area are made available for those investigators living or working in central Florida and are open to ALL investigators across the state. Central Florida Area meetings are normally held the last Tuesday of every month at the Best Western Inn, 17-92 and Morse Blvd., Winter Park, FL. If you are traveling and need overnight accommodations, the Best Western offers discounted rates. Dinner before the meeting: If you are interested in dining together around 5:00 p.m. at a venue somewhat near the meeting place, please contact me.
