Denise supervises dozens of process servers and numerous investigators each week.  Scrutinize service of process, returns of returns of service, affidavits of diligent search and affidavits of avoidance every week.   Act as a mentor to train and guide new process servers and work with attorneys on a weekly basis to develop sound methods for all process servers and investigators to avoid some of the common pitfalls in litigation cases.  Knowledgeable in Florida Statutes 48, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Administrative Orders currently in effect throughout the State of Florida.  Act as a mentor to guide and train process servers keeping them abreast of the changes in process serving as well as the various laws and rules when serving out of State service of process.  Less than .01 % of the services overseen have resulted been overturned.
She has been involved in the legal industry since 1989 as an employee in various law firms and positions within those firms such as file clerk, receptionist, secretary, paralegal and investigator.  This background working inside law firms has enabled me to me fully understand the importance of investigators, process servers and the paperwork provided to attorneys, how they relate to the case and why investigators and servers can sometimes run into trouble when providing information to attorneys.
