This will be a Combined FALI Area 3 Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Sumter Counties, and FALI Area 1 Hillsborough, Polk, and Highlands Counties  Meeting on December 13, 2011.

The presentation conducted by our round table of seasoned Agency Owners and Investigators will cover subjects such as; Ethics, Sub-Contracting with other Investigative Agencies, Managing "C” and "CC” Licensed Investigators, Obtaining an Agency License, Managing an Agency, Obtaining Agency Insurance, Sponsorship of Interns, "C” Licensee seeking employment, "CC” licensee seeking Sponsor, Taking Sworn Statements, Unlawful Recordings, Best Surveillance Vehicles, Current Camera Equipment in Use, Computer Forensics, Polygraph Testing, Financial Investigations, Intrusion of Seclusion, Misprision of Felony, Divulging Client Information, Data Base Providers Audits, GLB and DPPA compliance, Employee Action Reports (DACS-16006 Rev. 10/07), "G” license holders-Glock & Sig Sauer LEO pricing, along with further Agency Owner and Investigator Compliance Information. Those attending the meeting are encouraged to request different subjects to discuss and offer their input to assist others in attendance. After the round-table meeting, networking will resume.

We have in attendance as private investigators former and retired investigative reporters, attorney, insurance and adjuster field, medical field, military, federal agents, state and local law enforcement, and all aspects of the business world.

For those attending there will be other investigators on hand as early as 5:00 PM for early networking. Credit for CEU’s for our Florida Certified Investigators (FCI) will be issued for this meeting. Information will be available at the meeting on how to become a Florida Certified Investigator (FCI). There will also be an early sidebar meeting among those of you that are JAC court appointed investigators in attendance.     

Present at the meeting will be "CC” licensed investigators in search of sponsors. Agency representatives in the past have disseminated information regarding a need to sub-contract with other agencies and openings for "C” or "CC” licensed investigators.
