several topics. He will discuss how we
can improve relations between ourselves and law enforcement in general. Discussing how to streamline the process of
obtaining records from PBSO will also be presented. Another topic of discussion
will be the Serial Rapist case that has been in the media and on the http://www.pbso.org/images/MediaReleases/2113/Serial%20Rapist%20-%2010-13-2011_eng.pdf
web site.
I told Colonel Stormes our membership is comprised of a wide range
of investigators with various types of experience ranging from former law enforcement
officers from local, state, federal and military agencies, In addition, we have
former supervisors and deputies from PBSO as well. So it could be advantageous
to make use of all the experience that our members have to possibly come up
with some insight, ideas or identify similarities in the cases of the various
victims. So let’s put our collective minds together to with some good
suggestions or ideas on how to catch this Serial Rapist.
