There will be a Combined FALI Area 1 Hillsborough, Polk, and Highlands Counties, and FALI Area 3 Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Sumter Counties Meeting on Monday September 19, 2010 at 6 pm.

Speaker: Investigator Chuck OLSON of the Tampa Regional Office, Division of Licensing, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs.

Topic: Investigator OLSON will be discussing Florida Statute Chapter 493, Division of Licensing, Rules, Regulations and Laws as relating to Investigative Agencies, Investigators and Investigator Interns along with information that will assist in compliance. Investigator OLSON will introduce Investigator James MOFFITT a newly assigned investigator to the Tampa Region office.

Location: Tampa FOP Lodge 27- 6912 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33604, three (3) blocks west of I-275, Florida & Sligh Ave., northwest corner.

Time: 6:00PM. Food, Snacks and Refreshments provided by FALI benefactors. Meeting begins at 7:00PM. Please RSVP to: GSnyder@TampaDetectives.com

For those attending there will be other investigators on hand as early as 5:00 PM for early networking. Credit for CEU’s for our Florida Certified Investigators (FCI) will be issued for this meeting. Roy Pierce FCI, CLI, will be available at the meeting to discuss how to become a Florida Certified Investigator (FCI) and the program. There will also be an early sidebar meeting among those of you that are JAC court appointed investigators in attendance.

We have in attendance as private investigators former and retired investigative reporters, law firm in-house investigators, attorney, insurance and adjuster field, medical field, military, federal agents, state and local law enforcement, and all aspects of the business world.

At the last FALI area meeting at TGI Friday’s in Tampa, there were Forty-Eight (48) private investigators and guests present representing Thirty-Two (32) private investigative agencies.
