SPEAKER: THOMAS R. STUTLER,
ESQ.
TOPIC: "The Insider Threat – Psychology of People Who Betray Their
Access.” Today’s presentation will provide a
peek behind the curtain as to how case officers in the counterintelligence
world assess potential assets (and informants) based on what we know about why
Americans and foreigners have betrayed their access to spy against us, and
spied for us!
THE "TAKE AWAY” for you:
Tonight, you will look at the world of informants from a different perspective,
and hopefully learn new ways of using this powerful tool in your own
investigations.

Developer. Former Assistant State Attorney, Former FBI Special Agent, and
technical consultant to Kevin J. Anderson, the best selling author of the

secrets. Cases over the years have involved operational travel to Caymans,
China, Taiwan, Russia, Canada, Germany, Greece and the UK.
