During the pandemic FALI was pleased to be able to keep providing member benefits through our monthly Zoom area meetings and monthly training programs. We learned:

• Zoom meetings allowed members to continue to interact.
• Members who may had not previously been able to attend in-person meetings due to issues such as traffic, time, health and distance attended many of these meetings.
• Zoom meetings will remain part of FALI's "new normal

As we go back to in-person monthly meetings in some areas, we will now be offering one Zoom meeting a month. One month will be an evening all areas networking meeting and the alternating month will be an afternoon training. These meetings will generally be held on the second Wednesday of the month. Due to FALI-U and BootCamp this first meeting will be the third Wednesday.

Spotlight Members - volunteers needed
The Spotlight is an excellent networking opportunity. Five minutes of your time can come back to you in business referrals many times over. During the Spotlight, you will introduce yourself, and your agency, to other members, share your background, information about your agency, specialties etc. The goal is for other members to know more about you so they can refer cases to you. Out-of-state members are always welcome to volunteer. Contact an AD to secure your spot.
