Topic: The Fundamentals of Criminal Defense Investigation

The investigator focused upon criminal defense investigation must assume the role of a due process investigator. The objective is more than seeking facts relative to the question of guilt.  The 6th Amendment right to a fair trial demands an aggressive and comprehensive investigation focused upon due diligence consistent with the due process model. The training discusses the fundamental methodology of criminal defense investigation defined by the Component Method as well as the key area of learning required to succeed.
