Speaker: Burt Hodge Topic: Using the Public Records of Florida to Build Your Case and Enhance Your Business. Many
states restrict driving records, tag information, court filings,
corporation filings, etc., but Florida has one of the most open records
laws in the country. Under CH 119, most of the records maintained by
the state of Florida are considered public. This
presentation will discuss the public records maintained by the State of
Florida in general, and specifically how to use these records to
increase case revenue and ensure a thorough investigation. Local, county and state will be covered; as time allows, various private records can be discussed. Specific
questions can be submitted using the chat feature. If there is not
enough time to answer the questions, I will be glad to answer them by
email.
