Please click HERE for Commissioner of Agriculture Wilton Simpson’s Emergency Order 2023-006 that extends Emergency Orders 2022-003 & 2022-007. This Order suspends 493 & 790 licensure expiration dates, lates fees, annual “G” training requirements, and 493 & 790 replacement license fees until April 30, 2023.

The division does not anticipate any further extensions. This final extension should allow concealed weapon, security, private investigation, and repossession licensees enough time and notice to come into compliance. The division urges licensees to renew licenses that have expired, and provide proof of required training, before the expiration of the Order on May 1, 2023
