Extension of Hurricane Ian Emergency Orders from the Division of Licensing

Commissioner Fried has signed Emergency Order 2022-013 that extends Emergency Order 2022-003 and 2022-007. This Order suspends 493 & 790 licensure expiration dates, late fees, annual “G” training requirements, and replacement license fees until January 21, 2023, or upon expiration of the Governor’s Executive Order.
