House Bill 763 Passes Unanimously Out of
Ways and Means Committee

The bill to exempt taxes for PI services in the State of Florida was just presented by Representative Joe Casello in the House Ways & Means Committee. Both Rep. Casello and his co-sponsor, Representative Mike Caruso, are members of this committee.

During his presentation Rep. Casello once again expressed how this is truly a "victim's tax" as well as a burden on small business. This was backed up by Rep. Caruso.
