Class "G" to get .40 S&W and .45ACP

 As many of you know FALI and FASCO have been asking the Division to  consider expanding the calibers for Class "G" licensees to include .40 S&W and .45 ACP.  The DOL stated that they will take our request and place this in the their legislative package for 2014.  This law if passed will go into effect on July 1st, 2014.

Last year we where focused on the "Increased Penalties for Unlicensed Activity" making a second offense a third degree felony with up to a $10K civil penalty.  Once again FALI is working for our members and making a difference.
