Join us for this meeting where we will give an update about the CST Task Force and the next steps for member involvement. During this meeting we will go into breakout rooms based on member interest in participating in the
Intelligence or Field Deployment aspects of the Task Force.

Basic criteria for FALI to take on a case:

  • Cases that involve minors (less than 18 years of age).
  • Report filed with law enforcement.
  • Minors that are at risk for involvement in possible drug trafficking, prostitution, pornography, or illegal labor.
  • Cases that originate in Florida or there is evidence of the minor being physically present in Florida.
  • Parents, legal guardians, or law enforcement must be the ones requesting FALI involvement.
  • Parent/guardian must be willing to sign an Investigative Services Agreement (no charge).

Basic criteria for FALI members to participate in the Task Force:

  • Active, Associate or Life Member of FALI (Affiliate and Student members can get involved in other ways)
  • Valid Florida C or CC License.
  • Member must work under a Florida Licensed Agency (A License).
  • Agency entity must have private investigation agency general liability insurance.
  • Agency execution of retainer contract with client prior to working on a case.
  • Upon request of client, agency agrees to report/share case findings with local, state or federal law enforcement.
