Session Two: 3:00PM - 4:45PM
The Role of PIs in Judgement Collections

Presented by: David Hodges

President of Fine Tooth Comb Investigations, FALI Past President and 20 Year FALI Member

A judgment in favor of someone to get money they are owed is often times easier to get then the actual payment itself. Whether the "guilty party" simply refuses to pay, or hides assets to make it look like they have none, this can be a long and drawn out process. Private Investigators can be an important part of this process. This presentation will include:

What to stay away from because it means trouble.
How to structure your remuneration
What you can do legally
Where to look for clients
The role of bankruptcy
The dangers of purchasing judgments
How to locate assets and determine which can be reached

Reception to follow:

5:00pm - 7:00pm
Even if you can’t attend the Seminar,

please join us for the reception.

Another FREE Benefit for
FALI Members
$99 for non-members
