Licensed private investigator/agency owner since 1994, with over ten years of experience as a forensic multimedia analyst (specializing in video from CCTV sources), currently in private practice, and formerly in that capacity with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Accepted as an expert witness in civil and criminal proceedings throughout the United States. The tenth person worldwide (currently one of twenty-two) to become an International Association for Identification (IAI) Board Certified Forensic Video Examiner. Extensive experience developing and delivering technical training, including developing the current Cognitech Forensic Video End User Certification Course, with training delivered at Cognitech’s Pasadena, CA headquarters, and on-site at the FBI Forensic Audio, Video, and Image Analysis Unit at Quantico, VA.
