Sunshine SeminarsEach year the First Amendment Foundation offers a series of one day training seminars.

These Sunshine Seminars provide an overview of Floridas public records and public meetings requirements in an informative and interactive format. The seminars are helpful for anyone who uses public records as well as for agency employees who are required to stay current on the law. Additionally, all attendees receive a Government-in-the-Sunshine Manual, which contains the most current public records and public meetings law information.
The cost to attend the seminar is $25 for non-members, $15 for government employees, $10 for FAF members, and $10 for students.

The Sunshine Seminar has been approved for:
* 5 general CLER credit by the Florida Bar.
* 4 continuing education credits by the Florida Association of Court Clerks &Comptrollers
* Continuing Education Credit for Licensed Investigators
* The following options by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks: o 2 CMC Experience Continuing Education o 2 CMC Recertification Education o 2 MMC Advanced Education points
