(Please RSVP by Friday, February 24)
Join us at our fantastic new location:
8560 International Drive
Orlando, FL 32819
A Message from FALI Acting President, Terry Roffler:
As Orlando members know, we have had a hard time finding a location with a private room (with doors) that will be conducive to hosting our meetings and great speakers. Thank you to Jennifer Sheehan who found this great new location for us. I stopped by while I was in town for FALI-U Lite and was very impressed. While this location might be a little farther for some, it is probably closer for others. This is an issue FALI has throughout the State but once a month, it's worth it to travel a little to mingle with friends and colleagues, while learning a thing or two, and increasing your earning potential. We are very excited about this new location and they are looking forward to having us. At FALI-U Lite we distributed a short survey to Orlando area members. If you weren't able to attend, please take a moment to give your input on the following when you RSVP for the meeting:
Please share some topics that you would like to hear about at a FALI area meeting.
If you have a topic that you or someone you know would like to present to the FALI members, please provide the name(s), topic, and if possible, contact information for recommended speakers.
Treasurer Matt Aubin will be overseeing the next few Orlando FALI meetings. Please feel free to contact him (firstname.lastname@example.org or 407-900-4972), Administrative Director Amy O'Rourke (email@example.com or 888-845-3254), or me, (firstname.lastname@example.org or 813-892-5966) with any questions. Here are the details about the February meeting.

Surveillance Detection - Why it Matters!!!
From the Speaker:
Anyone who has conducted surveillance for a long enough time has been burned i.e. "detected." This is always a risk that a professional investigator faces. There is some fantastic training on surveillance that is easily accessible. Hands on training and practice is essential to honing your skills and becoming better at surveillance. Once you are comfortable with these skills, I recommend that you take it a step further and learn something about surveillance detection also known as "counter surveillance." The objective is to make you a better surveillance operator. During this program we will show you how a trained counter-surveillance person applies his/her craft at detecting,, manipulating, and thwarting a surveillance team.
About the Speaker:
