About the Speaker:
Dianna Picard is the owner of Hampton and Hartwig LLC, a Florida private investigative agency. Prior to her private investigation business, Dianna’s career was in financial, accounting, and automotive computer programming, training, and applications development. Dianna is constantly searching for various digital forensic tools to assistance in gathering and organizing vast amounts of digital information into usable and court-worthy documentation.

As a former Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), she travelled the country training a variety of corporations and government agencies. She was selected to train every member of the ATF Detroit Field Office when the DOJ rolled out the first Field Agent computers in 1997.

Problem solving and thinking creatively used in computer programming are the same skills needed in private investigative work, so it was a natural transition into becoming an investigator upon her leaving a successful 30-year computer programming career.

Dianna has received formal American Sign Language (ASL) training from Valencia College, and works with local services to provide Certified Sign Language Interpreters, making Hampton and Hartwig, a “Deaf Friendly” agency.
