PLEASE NOTE: The Foundation has changed its policy and now charges a small fee for shipping and handling.
Unfortunately, due to rising shipping costs, the Foundation can no longer afford to offer complimentary shipping with your publication order. The shipping and handling charge is based on the total weight of your order and may be calculated on our website, www.floridafaf.org.

Simply click the publications tab at the top, add the publications you plan to order to your cart, and the shipping charge will automatically appear on the right hand panel of the page. Please add this amount to your total on the check order form. You may also call the First Amendment Foundation to assist you.

If you are ordering directly online with a credit card, you may choose from three shipping options: standard shipping, FedEx Ground or FedEx 2nd Day Air. Orders placed with the standard shipping option will be sent via USPS Bulk Rate Mail. This option does not include a tracking number and may take anywhere from one to six weeks to reach its destination. Most customers receive their orders within a week. Both the FedEx Ground and FedEx 2nd Day Air options include a tracking number and a guaranteed delivery date.
